Fifty practitioners were certified to treat people with hepatitis C using Chinese medicine during this intensive 33-hour course.More than 200 licensed acupuncturists and Chinese traditional medicine practitioners are now trained in all aspects of hepatitis C including epidemiology, transmission, Western drug treatment, Chinese medicine treatment, public health, comprehensive treatment plans and integration with Western medicine practitioners.Practitioners in the course wrote:"This was the best post-graduate course I have taken.
